Our Foundation
Michigan Spinal Solutions was founded by Jerry Topolinski after 12 years supporting spinal procedures across Michigan. What began as one rep's commitment to being the most prepared person in every OR has grown into a company built on that same standard.
Our Portfolio
We are a specialized distributor of spinal implant and biological systems, partnering with leading manufacturers to give surgeons access to the best devices on the market — without forcing them into a single-brand catalog. Our portfolio covers the full range of spinal pathology: degenerative, deformity, trauma, and tumor cases, across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar approaches.
